Am I the only one that is having trouble keeping up with all the new and improved marketing methods that keep coming out?

First it was teleclasses, webinars and blogging… Well, at least I’ve got those covered. But now there is audio marketing like Internet Radio and a whole new “casting” generation — PodCasting, VideoCasting and SeminarCasting (what others did I miss?). I feel overwhelmed in trying to keep up with new marketing methods cropping up, and even less time/money to acquire the knowledge and skills, purchase the equipment, and find the time to actually plan, develop, implement and execute them.

As it is, I’m keeping a website fresh, hosting individual and quarterly group Get Clients Now!(TM) programs, distributing a monthly newsletter, and blogging a few times a week… And that’s only what I’m producing now. There’s more I’m working on, like programs, online courses and monthly discussion groups. I fear I’ll run out of things to say. Let me rephrase…. I fear I’ll run out of interesting and informative things to say. I’d LOVE to try some of these other, more technologically advanced marketing strategies, but they seem a little ‘big’ for me right now.

I have a few questions for those of you who have your fingers in many marketing pies: How do you do it? How do you come up with fresh, interesting, educational, creative content? How do you keep track of it all? How do you market them all? Where do you find the time to come up with all this “stuff”, market it then implement it?

I prefer sticking to basic, fundamental, grassroots marketing approaches. But maybe I’m just letting my fear and denial get the better of me. I mean, doesn’t my audience expect me to keep up with the times? I’m only 30, but somehow I feel old…

Who’s with me…? Anyone…?
