I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am to have run across your site! I own a personal chef service and I am currently in the process of starting over, having moved across the state (Texas) just about 5 months ago. Over the last 7 years I had built my previous business up to an impressive level and was known as one of "the" go-to people for my area in the culinary field. Now - I'm impatient, cranky and frustrated and pretty sure this comes through despite my best efforts to be Suzy Sunshine when I'm out and about in public. :-) I did a search this morning on how to stay positive when starting a business and your site popped up. I'm off to provide goodies at a wine tasting event (marketing, marketing, marketing!) but plan to read EVERYTHING when I get home again. I can't wait to hear more of your advice to individuals in service industries!
