Hi Cristina,

I would also like to suggest Fanurio which does both time tracking and invoicing (I’m one of the people involved in this project).

We have designed Fanurio to help freelancers manage their work and be paid for it. It can do basic project management, time tracking and invoicing in order to have all the functionality in one place.

Unlike Toggl and myHours.com Fanurio costs $39.

Thanks,
Cosmina

Toggl looks good, I currently use myHours.com. It's free also. I was using another program but started subcontracting for someone and she used myHours. I had to switch for her and within a couple days had moved all my time tracking there. I like myHours because the companies I subcontract for can set it up to see my hours and I can do the same for my subcontractors. It's also free.
