Today’s Anti-Procrastination Month resource is something I found while researching the subject.

Design Your Own Anti-Procrastination Plan can be found on The University of Texas at Austin‘s web site.

It itemizes things you can do now to break your habit of putting things off until later. It repeats some of the points I’ve made so far this month. The plan is split into 4 categories:

  1. Schedule your tasks for your project
  2. Take action (the most important, in my opinion)
  3. Use your friends
  4. Keep a journal

Choose one, or do them all. Experiment. Try something new. Do more of what works. Stop doing what doesn’t work. Just DO something!
