If so, Alicia Forest’s Client Abundance blog article, Pick a Topic, Pick a Date, is a must-read.
I’ve personally used this ‘formula’, yielding incredible results. It’s also the approach I took for tomorrow’s IVAA presentation.
It’s a phenomenal strategy to help break you out of procrastination as well as a nifty immersion therapy technique.
