The Savvy Entrepreneur » Blog Archive » The Savvy Snippet: Do vs. Think

Today marks the first (of many) in The Savvy Snippet series.

Don’t think. Thinking is the enemy of creativity. It’s self-conscious and anything self-conscious is lousy. You cannot try to do things. You simply must do things. — Ray Bradbury

I thought this quote was pertinent, considering today marks the first day of Anti-Procrastination Month. This quote is apropos for me personally, since I tend to get stuck in analysis paralysis; I plan a project to death, instead of just doing it. I’m reminded that doing a little bit of something is better than thinking a lot about it, with nothing to show.

Let me know your reactions, feelings and thoughts on each of the quotes I post.
