If you work just for money, you’ll never make it, but if you love what you’re doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours. — Ray Kroc

I absolutely agree with that quote by Ray Kroc. Because if you are working JUST for profit..then you lose the personal touch and your clients won’t commit to your business. There has to be a relationship between company and client or there will not be retention of clients. Think about it…why do you shop at particular store over and over again? Is it just because of the money? Most likely not. It is because of the way the people make you feel when you shop there. Am I right?
Sincerely,

Teresa, I for one return to companies where I feel like the salesperson actually cares about me as a person and took the time to listen and find out what I really need.
I refuse to buy at a store, no matter how inexpensive, where their only interested is in making a sale or “excuses” themselves to serve a more “wealthy” client.
