Oh I love this quote Cristina.

I was having a conversation with my coach the other day about perfection – how it doesn’t exist. We’re human… and we weren’t designed to be perfect.

Besides, whose definition of perfection would be the perfect one?? LOL!!

Thanks for posting this quote! I often have trouble making decisions, but I never realized that it might be a form of perfectionism.

Cristina, that quote is amazing. Very true. It proves that most people are procrastinators by nature. I am not sure if you have heard of James Brausch. He talks a lot about how people are procrastinators and if they would give up some of their tv time, they could have a home/internet business. He is very interesting, you should check him out. :-)

    Jenn, thanks for the reminders!!

Janet, thanks for giving us a glimpse into your personality.

This quote was inspiring to me, not because I’m a perfectionist (far from it), but because I’m so “safety centered.” I have trouble making a decision because I want to be sure the decision I’m making is the best one and I get caught in analysis paralysis… a bad excuse for procrastinating!!

Jess, thanks for joining the conversation.

I’ve never heard of James Brausch, but I’ll definitely check him out (especially for this year’s Anti-Procrastination Month event in October).

TV is the biggest time waster (well, that and surfing the internet). Last week I decided to cancel all my PVR’d shows — like Dr. Phil and E! Hollywood Story (once the strike is over I can’t promised it’ll stay that way). I realized that if I don’t record any shows, the temptation to turn on the tube when there’s “nothing to do” is gone (or lessened). Instead I’ll pick up one of the half-dozen books I have partly read!

Thanks for the resource. I can’t wait to hear more of what James says on the subject.

It is hard not to strive for perfection in a world that demands it. Although we have to realize we are human. I recently failed at my online business attempt & at this point I realized I learn more from my mistake than anything. I cam across James Brausch and his Freedom Business System & I think I am finally on my way to success. I think the quote you provided will ring true with many of your readers.

The quote definitely is motivating. Everyone is ranting about James Brausch so I just had to check him out. I was impressed with his knowledge of internet marketing. He said that 98% of people trying to start an internet business are kidding themselves. There are only 2% that realize a product produces unlimited income without any effort at all, they do not buy every latest get rich scheme, and they are focused. They are the ones that succeed while the other 98% whine, waste their money and give up. How true is that? I have wasted my own fair share of money.
