I&#039;m with you...once you start learning about &quot;strengths&quot; and really thinking about this concept...it&#039;s an awakener, in all senses of that word.  

I only wish I had learned about this sooner...and it&#039;s why I love thinking about this concept and teaching about it, too.  I can&#039;t even imagine what might change if the whole world switched to a focus on strengths.

Marcus Buckingham ROCKS as far as I&#039;m concerned.  If you haven&#039;t see it yet, take a look at his DVD series.  It&#039;s called &#039;The Trombone Player.&#039;  It&#039;s available on his website.
