		<description>Wow!  Again, I find it interesting how you are going through the same thing I am going, even though we are at completely different stages of our lives.  In my case, my only child is beginning her last year of high school next month.  That means that &quot;empty nest&quot; for me starts at 42 years of age.

I realized that all my earlier attempts at getting things done were not working so I decided to make my daily action list about small accomplishments.  And you know what?  It is working.

I want to make sure I have plenty of hobbies and Work at Home tasks to feel my day once she is gone.  I hope to start my own company soon and I am going back to school.  These are things that I am also taking slow because the money is not as important as doing things right and learning from the experience.

And by the way, a baby teaches you that you do get the greatest triumphs from the smallest things, but you also learn not to sweat the small stuff.</description>
