Today’s procrastination-beating technique is one I have been using for the past few months. I find it especially practical during times I have only one-armed access (that is, while carrying a baby around).

I am an expert in procrastination and in avoidance behaviours. I’ve learned that I can turn it to advantage. Especially in something like copywriting I’ve found my best ideas come to me in the period when I’m desperately trying to avoid getting started. So now I have a small Dictaphone and when the idea pop into my head I record them rather than let them fester.   • Yes, procrastination gets you nowhere and is a complete waste of time. You just fell guilty after doing nothing when you should have been working, which would of made you feel good. Better to fell good and do something. Than to feel bad and do nothing. That's what I think anyway.
  • Wish I had Dragon naturally now, I would be done with this comment. Looks like pretty cool software, I might have to put it on my Christmas list. I just noticed your tip jar..Tim Horton's is a great coffee shop...too bad they don't have them here in PA.
