My one thing? As I say in my Twitter-bio: I get rid of Somedays.

In my Professional Organizing business I used to be much more scattered, mainly because I felt that as a new business I had to accept all sorts of business and so I ended up all over the map and not where I wanted to be. This time around, I'm much more focused and am building the business more slowly – reputation first, business second.
