The Savvy Snippet: Your Path To Greatness

I just finished reading The Fearless Fish Out of Water: How to Succeed When You’re the Only One Like You by Robin Fisher Roffer, CEO of Big Fish Marketing.
While her book speaks mostly to people in the corporate world, if you’re an entrepreneur who has been perceived as someone who doesn’t fit it in, outside the norm, too controversial or considered ahead of your time, the concepts, advice and anecdotes in this book will appeal (and apply) to you.
This book will give you the motivation and inspiration to turn your individuality into an advantage — something I’m all about.
Here’s one of my favorite quotes from The Fearless Fish Out of Water:
I believe we all have a reason for being here, and a legacy to leave. If we are open to it, we will be guided in the directions we need to go. When you’re on your path, things fall into place. The right people come into your life to support your life’s mission and the legacy you’re destined to leave. But you have to help it become real by believing in it—even if you don’t know exactly how it will come to be.
My wish for you is to embrace and celebrate your uniqueness. Be more of who you are. Stand out, be authentic, live big.
