You’re out there everyday, telling the world how great your service is, that what you have to offer is exactly the solution they are looking for.
The best way to prove that your services are the answer to your prospect’s problems is to build your credibility as a professional and to show that you’re the expert in your field.

Here’s how to prove that you are the solution:
- Prove that you deliver what you promise. Live by this mantra: Under-Promise, Over-Deliver.
- Look at your marketing material with a critical eye. Would you hire yourself?
- Add an element of tangibility to your services by sharing real success stories and testimonials.
- Write and publish articles about your area of expertise.
- Fill your pipeline by getting others to introduce you and refer your services.

Writing and publishing articles is a tried and tested way to establish yourself as an expert. When you write articles of good quality, word spreads naturally, and soon enough your inbox will become nearly deluged with business requests.
Good list, but left me sort of wanting more!
My home is really dirty these days. With the lots of cleaning companies around I wish to use their services first. Because I need professionals to clean my house. And I believe they are capable of doing what they are promising.

I could not agree with you more. I have been in business for over 16 years, 7 of those as a virtual business. I can tell you, I truly and honestly believe I survived the transition from a brick-and-mortar to a fully virtual business, (especially in a very competitive face-to-face industry) because I over delivered. At this point, almost 100% of my sales come from referrals. There is no doubt that in this new economy, client loyalty is the quickest way to success.
I think that delivering on what your promise is most important. So long as you do that referrals will come and come and come. You do a good job and I've learned that people will talk about it and recommend you. Of course the other factors are important but I think delivering on promises comes out and number 1!

I think that people forget how important that they deliver on their word. In the virtual world, our word is our bond. You have to meet it. Great articles.
Customer quality satisfaction is providing great services, handling your customers very well and providing them resolutions in case they encounter issues with your products…
